Are the first 90 days really free?
What Assessments are Available on SyncUp?
Currently, we have the following assessments available, but we are adding new assessments every week.

Why do I need to provide my credit card at signup?
Adding a credit card to your account allows us to make sure your clients continue to get the best experience possible.
In addition, this also helps us verify you as a therapist/individual.
Billing & Subscriptions
What happens when I cancel my subscription?
When you cancel your subscription, you and your clients will have full access to SyncUp until your next payment is due. After this date, your clients may continue to use SyncUp uninterrupted and only your provider account will have limited functionality.
Why is my account locked?
Your provider account will lock if you cancel your subscription or we are unable to renew your subscription with the payment method on file. When your account locks, your clients will continue to have full access to the SyncUp system and only your provider account functionality will be limited. Providers are unable to do the following while their account is locked:
- Add new clients
- Review client check-ins
How do I cancel my subscription?
- Login to your provider account
- Click Subscription in the navigation menu
- Click Manage Subscription on Stripe
- Click Cancel Plan
How do I reactivate my subscription?
- Login to your provider account
- Click Subscription in the navigation menu
- Click Subscribe
- Complete the form with your current payment details
- Click Subscribe
